 At Sacred Owl Solutions, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service while respecting both our clients' and practitioners' time. Please review our office policies below to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Cancelation Policy

Sacred Owl Solutions has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.


Services: If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 50% charge will be applied to the scheduled service.

Classes & Events: If a class or event is canceled, rescheduled, or missed without at least 48 hours' notice, a 100% charge will be applied for the allocated class time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but last-minute cancellations impact both our providers and other clients who may have wanted that appointment slot. In fairness to our team, we are unable to absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute changes. We kindly ask that you respect our 48-hour policy and appreciate your cooperation.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and value the opportunity to support you on your healing journey.

Late Arrivals: Clients are given a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. We understand traffic or emergencies happen, and we do our best to accommodate when possible, but we appreciate your understanding as we stay on schedule to respect all clients’ time.

After 15 minutes, the session will still be charged at full price, but due to scheduling constraints, the service may be shortened to fit within the original appointment time. If repeated late arrivals or last-minute cancellations occur, a credit card will be required to remain on file, and any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged accordingly.

Confidentiality & Sensitive Information

Sacred Owl Solutions honors the confidential nature of the work we do. While forms submitted through our website are not therapy or medical intake forms, any personal information shared is treated with care, respect, and discretion.

Submitting information through our website does not establish a client-practitioner relationship unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Refund Policy

Gift Cards, Vouchers, Packages, and Special Offers:

All sales on gift cards, vouchers, packages, and discounted services (including sale items and special offers) are final and non-refundable.

If a package refund is requested and granted, (e.g., due to extenuating circumstances or at the discretion of the practitioner) the services already rendered will be adjusted to reflect standard (non-discounted) service pricing. The remaining balance will be credited to your account for future use toward other services at Sacred Owl Solutions. Our packages are designed to provide a discount when all sessions are fully utilized. This discount is applied to the final sessions of the package. If a package is discontinued before the discount applies, the original standard pricing will be charged for the services already used. Any remaining balance will be issued as an account credit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Management.

Products & Retail Returns:

Unused and unopened products in their original packaging may be returned for spa credit within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be in the same condition as received—unopened, unworn (if applicable), with original tags and proof of purchase from our spa.

Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details shared through sessions, consultations, or online interactions will remain confidential and will never be sold, shared, or disclosed without your written consent—except where required by law. Please note that email communication is not a secure form of communication for sensitive personal or medical information. For confidential matters, we recommend discussing them in person or through a secure platform.
